HydroBase was founded to fix a clear gap: global demand for grouted mattress was being served by distributors reselling European product at high cost, with long lead times and no technical support. Engineers on remote projects had no direct line to a manufacturer.
We built our 150,000 m2 facility from the ground up - integrating geotextile spinning, weaving, seaming, and quality testing under one roof. Today, with 150+ production lines and 20 precision forming systems, we produce over 10 million m2 annually. We manufacture three variants: standard, filter point, and vegetated grouted mattress.
