Unfold and position the grouted mattress geotextile directly on the prepared slope or canal bed — above or below water.
Connect the pump
A standard concrete pump truck connects to the fill nozzle. No specialised equipment required. Two trucks can pump a full canal cross-section simultaneously.
Pump the grout
Grout flows through the internal channels, filling all cells uniformly. The fabric expands and conforms to the subgrade profile as it fills.
Cure and inspect
Light water misting accelerates curing. The mattress is load-bearing within 24 hours. Full strength in 7 days. No finishing works required.
